Once your order is placed, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200AUD. We also offer free express shipping on orders over $400AUD. (These offers do not include international shipments). Free shipping promotions are subject to change and may have specific terms.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as shipping method, destination, and weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damage and your order number, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

If your order is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
